Our pieces are individually handcrafted in Pintoe’s Family studio in Goa, India. Once your order is placed, we’ll prepare it with care and ship it within 1–2 business days.

All shipments are made with DHL and include tracking. You will receive a confirmation email and tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-ordering an ISSI BINNI dress means you're first in line to receive our latest collection—before it even arrives in the Netherlands. Secure your favorite look for the Summer and be among the first to wear it. We’ll notify you the moment your dress is ready to ship.

SHIPPING COSTS

Free shipping is available within the Netherlands.

Customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your order. If something’s not quite right, we offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your package.

Return shipping costs are at your own expense. You will receive the amount back via the original payment method used.

PROCESSING TIME

ISSI BINNI will, at the latest, refund the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days after receiving the returned product in good condition. The refund will be transferred directly to your bank account (if paid via iDEAL or bank transfer), or we will instruct the credit card company to process the refund.

Shipping and customs charges are non-refundable.

Items must be returned in original condition with tags attached. Once the tag is removed, the item is no longer eligible for return or exchange.

All returns must be authorized via email before shipping. We’ll provide return address details upon approval.

Handmade pieces may include natural variations or slight imperfections—these are part of the unique beauty of ISSI BINNI items and not considered defects.

Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are final sale and not eligible for return.

Refunds are only issued to the original payment method in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
